Abdulrazak Adeshola Yusuf
Mr. Abdulrazak Yusuf joined the company in August, 2011 as the Chief Finance Of cer and rose to become the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Of cer in October, 2020. Prior to joining the company, he has worked in notable accounting and auditing rms in Kaduna- Nigeria and has acquired vast experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, corporate management and restructuring, forensic accounting and auditing among others.
Mr. Yusuf is a graduate of accounting (distinction class) and holds Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Nigeria Defence Academy, Masters in Industrial and Labour relations (MILR) from Kaduna State University and a PhD in Accounting from the Atlantic International University, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.
Professionally, he is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Auditing and Accounting Organization of Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) Bahrain and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is a multiple award winner both academically and professionally.
CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER:
Bartholomew Osimih Iwarue.
Mr. Barth Osimih is the Chief Technical Of cer of the company, a position he has held diligently since he joined the company in 2017. He has traversed the telecommunication industry and brought a lot of experience to AES.
He has worked as a passive engineer, active engineer, Fiber Optics engineer in various companies at different points in time such as Swap Tech, Starcomms, Medallion Communications, LM Ericsson Nigeria and Ceragon. Prior to joining AES, he was the Business Development/Project Manager of Fibrad Telecom. Mr. Osimih is a graduate of Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering and has obtained several other degrees and certi cations in same / relevant and other disciplines. These include: PGD / MS.C in Information and Communication Technology from National Open University (NOUN) in 2019/2021, Tekedia Mini-MBA and Certi cate in Business Innovation, Growth and Sustainability (CBIS) from Tekedial Institute, Boston, USA. He is both General and Advance HSE Certi ed. He owns many other certi cations from Transmission System, IT, Projects and Management. 7

Ajibola Abdulrasak
Mr. Ajibola is a dedicated and detailed oriented Business Administration graduate with key interest in accounting and has been meeting the accounting needs of corporate and business enterprises in the past 17yrs. He is currently the chief Finance Officer of the company overseeing the nancial and account operations of the company. Before joining AES in 2019,
Mr. Ajibola has worked in several companies in different capacities ranging from account of cer to senior accountant such as Beta International Investment Limited, Sal-Sabil Investments Limited, Barbedos Car Limited among others. He is a graduate of Business Administration and has over the years acquired Post Graduate and Masters Degrees and he is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
